RESERVATION POLICIES:
Registration & Payment for Trapeze Class is required at least 2 hours prior to the start of class.
Registration & Payment for Workshops is required at least 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Policy for Massage Services Please be aware that when you cancel your appointment on short notice we are not able to offer that time slot to other clients who may be waiting. For this reason, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment) will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Cancellations for Trapeze Yoga Please be aware that when you cancel your scheduled class on short notice we are not able to offer that time slot to other clients who may be waiting. For this reason, cancellation of Trapeze class must be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled class. Late cancellations (less than 6 hours prior to your scheduled Trapeze class) will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled class price.
CHECK-IN:
Upon arrival, please check-in at the front desk. If you come in for a yoga class we will get you everything you need for your first class. We provide complimentary mats. You will always check-in with desk staff, even if you have pre-registered online.
FACILITIES:
We are honored and happy to share our space with you! We have mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters for your use. We just ask that you wipe down and clean mats (Spray and Cloths are provided on the bench close to the mat rack) and neatly return any props to their proper homes. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Out of safety the door is locked during massages and classes. If you have an appointment and the door is locked, know that we will be out 10 minutes prior to your appointment to greet you.
We do lock the doors during our yoga classes, if you ar going to be late please call to let us know!
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
All classes offered are designed for all skill levels. Simply find your own pace and comfort zone, listen to your body and do not overextend yourself. Our teachers are trained to encourage mindful adjustments when needed.
Trapeze yoga is not recomended for anyone who is pregnant, suffers with stage 2+ herniated discs, anyone with cardivascular desease, glaucoma or hypertension.
Please let your yoga instructor know of any limitations you may have.
