Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that when you cancel your appointment on short notice we are not able to offer that time slot to other clients who may be waiting. For this reason, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment) will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
